I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Termini station. The surrounding area felt secure, with plenty of dining and shopping options. A tram stop was nearby, and the metro station was about a ten-minute walk. I found the rooms to be clean, and the staff offered helpful service. They addressed all my questions promptly.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, it tilted slightly and made noise whenever I moved. I would have preferred a sturdier bed frame for better sleep quality.

the staff provided helpful suggestions for nearby dining options. i found a tram stop close to the hotel and termini station was about fifteen minutes by foot.
the sheets are not of a high quality.

comfy accommodation public transport helpful staff great team
this accommodation suited my needs well. it provided convenient access to public transport. the staff was helpful and friendly! i appreciate the kindness and assistance from the staff, especially kohli. she was very sweet and ensured i felt safe . the team was great
the walls showed some signs of wear and could use a refresh. it looked a bit grubby despite daily cleaning.
