I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Termini station. The surrounding area felt secure, with plenty of dining and shopping options. A tram stop was nearby, and the metro station was about a ten-minute walk. I found the rooms to be clean, and the staff offered helpful service. They addressed all my questions promptly.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, it tilted slightly and made noise whenever I moved. I would have preferred a sturdier bed frame for better sleep quality.
